    1-2 years experience in running successful paid search campaigns, managing large budgets across multiple digital channels including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting
    Deep understanding of search engine marketing principles and best practices
    Google AdWords, Display, Google Analytics experience
    Excellent oral and written communication skills and English fluency
    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and understanding of keyword research, search engine algorithms, ranking methods and data mining tools
    Keen attention to details
    Comfortable in analyzing high data volumes on a daily basis
    Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment


    As a Paid Traffic Specialist, your role is to plan, develop and manage paid search (PPC) in order to successfully increase our return on ad spend and maximize conversion rates.

    Develop, execute, manage and report on all paid campaigns
    Monitor and adjust budgets as necessary to manage monthly spend limits
    Write PPC ads and select landing pages that engage and drive conversions
    Report on campaign performance: monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools and point out key areas of importance in accordance with the goals
    Analyze data and test new tactics to improve SEM conversion rates
    Develop strategies to improve performance across all paid campaigns
    Assist in the management of Display network placement lists
    Collaborate with other team members to develop successful integrated digital marketing campaigns
    Work closely with the SEO Agency to share insights and understand non-PPC influences on account performance
