    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Marketing or a related field
    • Previous experience working in a technical presales position and/or project management
    • An ability to communicate technical information also to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand
    • Project management skills
    • Ability to develop new skills on specific solutions, following dedicated trainings organized by Mellon group or vendors
    • Previous experience in the financial sector would be a great asset
    • Fluency in the English language (oral and written)
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
    • Ability to travel

    Responsibilities

    • Working closely with sales team on proposals and pitches for business
    • Attending meetings with clients, to understand and capture their requirements and present the technical solutions, acting as technical expert
    • Working closely with clients and internal team (local & group level) to devise effective solutions
    • Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements
    • Preparing the technical proposals for customers according with their needs and formal specifications, in collaboration with sales team and technical team (local & group level)
    • Act as project manager during project implementation. Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors, set deadlines, monitors and summarize progress of project, escalate and follow-up on the issues. Act as point of contact for customers during project implementation, for project related issues.
    • Become subject matter expert for specific solutions
