Customer Advisor with German

German and English language proficiency
Customer oriented person, excellent communication skills (active listening), quick learner

What you will be doing at Webhelp:

Your role will be to offer customer service by providing information about orders and client’s accounts.
You will provide solutions to client’s issues in order to deliver excellent customer experience and create brand engagement.
You will be able to get involved in creating new processes and you will have the chance to be part of a new project from the beginning and in continuous developement
