    Confident with systems, including Excel and reporting tool expertise;

    Knowledge and experience of HR SAP reporting;

    Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills;

    Confident communicator, proficient in written and spoken English.


    Ensure that Molson Coors Business Center Payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner in line with agreed SLAs and meeting accuracy and quality standards and targets. Act as final Payroll processing approve in the HR SSC team.

    Act as single point of contact for payroll processes and procedures for HR Teams and partners.

    Drive payroll standard methodology and optimization for MCBC, in compliance with the law.

    Take the lead in proposing Payroll process improvements, execute and close any findings from audit reports, root cause analysis of any problems occurring.

    Prepare and analyze Payroll data as required to support the MCBC Reward, Employment Tax and HR Operations teams.
