    - Partner with Renewal Sales Reps to assist in complex quoting situations, customer product remixes, and requests.
    - Act as liaison between the renewals organization and other business units to ensure completion of orders
    - Manage tech support and lead queues to ensure the appropriate action is taken and organization is in receipt
    - Proactively assist reps in opportunity management and data scrubbing activities.

    PTC is in a major growth period and as such the Renewals Organization is undertaking many important changes to achieve the level of success they have always delivered. As a result, the level of support needed has grown and the Renewal Specialist will play an important role in supporting the team. The Renewal Specialist will partner with the Renewal Sales team to improve velocity, bridge gaps in process and strive to improve the overall experience for the sales team and PTC customers.

    Your Team

    Will be part of a 10-14 person team reporting to the Renewal Sales Process & Specialist Manager. This is a new and evolving role providing the individual ability to develop and expand their impact.
