-Running HR administration process through managing relations with payroll partner
-Providing support of the Line Managers in providing induction for new employees, On-boarding Day 1, preparation of necessary documents/papers, handling agendas, etc.
-Ensure healthy and safe working environment for all associates
-Providing assistance in recruitment process: handling the contracts with recruitment agencies, booking meetings with the candidates, supporting assessment panels (printing materials, booking rooms, etc.)
-Coordinating with service suppliers on the following: meal tickets, medical subscriptions, holidays, gifts, birthdays, etc.
-Taking ownership of Benefit Plan management under the supervision of HR Business Partner (Life and Medical Insurance, Pension Plan, cars, etc.)
-Car fleet Management
-Taking part in the implementation of local and cluster HR policies, assisting HR Business Partner in creating and communicating the policies to the Employees
-Budget holder of internal events and HR expenses (printings, paper stationery, office needs, etc.)
-To ensure high quality operational and administrative support to Management team
-To cover different office management duties
