    Responsabilitati

     Build and maintain relationships with leaders at all levels across all business areas in order to ensure they have a solid understanding of the training content available on FM University platform and they relate to the development needs of their teams and values of our organisation.
     Promote any new or existing content available via FM University
     Take ownership of the implementation of performance management process for white collar employees – create and launch of the process in accordance with the FM Way principles.
     Monitoring the completion and effectiveness of the performance management process for blue collar employees
     Build intelligent reporting on learning and development needs and usage and communicate regularly to the business on training completion and effectiveness
     After the yearly performance management review, outline the training and the development plans, together with the HR Director and all managers.
     Responsible for the scheduling and resource management of all L&D initiatives that are in scope for the role
     Monitoring the onboarding process and ensure all steps are being followed
     Monitoring completion and efectiveness of online and offline trainings
     Monitoring and updating all HR procedures and the internal training catalogue
     Support the delivery of the L&D priorities for 2020 and beyond
