Reporting Specialist

Key Activities:

• To extract data from Genie and Nav (the accounting system) in order to have clear view on Sales, Costs and Profit of all the companies within G2;
• To check the data exported from Genie and Nav;
• To report necessary adjustments in Genie and Nav in order to correct existing errors before month close;
• To monitor and review the expenses and the profit of each company within G2;
• Build specific monthly and weekly financial reports and reviews and send them to the Board of Directors;
• Build ad hoc reports and summaries requested by the Board of Directors;
• Check the reports built and received and make sure all the figures are correct and consistent between them;
• To raise the situations found during the month to other teams.

• Good knowledge of Genie (knowledge of NAV System is a plus);
• Analytical and mathematical skills;

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Advanced usage of Ms Office (especially Excel), Outlook;
