Support Analyst with French (Fin & Risk)

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

- Experience - functional support for regulatory or financial applications
- Interaction with level 2 teams, functional and technical - up-to-date documentation - at least 2 years of experience on support
- French level C1 and English level B2
- Excel Knowledge (Pivot Table, Simple Formulas, Graphics)
- Knowledge of Macro Excel or VBA would be a plus
- SQL
- Proactive and reactive attitude / team spirit and continuous desire to learn
- Autonomous and communicative person
- Skills of analysis and synthesis

- Receiving and receiving requests / questions received by email or telephone from users of managed applications (Leader / Backup) in French and English
- Opening and closing a ticket for each request received
