Support Analyst L2 Resources & Dematerialization

- Advanced French and English B2+
- Pro activity, customer orientation, service and team spirit
- Experience with updating documentation
- An aptitude for analysis and synthesis, structured thinking
- Average EXCEL level (advanced is a plus)
- Availability to work on Romanian holidays (50% of the team ensures permanence)
- SQL if possible (is a plus)
- VBA/macro knowledge (is a plus)
- Experience the ticketing instruments

- Checking the receipt of data streams, and disseminating customer subscriptions
- Updated repositories (database set), end-of-month work, data extractions
- Ticketing statistics to be validated and descriptive of the activities carried out, as well as requests for changes requested
- Incident management
- Receiving requests via the ticketing tool or generic mailboxes
- Give feedback to the customer when the incidents are over
- Customer and driver alert
- Monthly activity report to be communicated to the customer
- Monthly point with the Paris activity managers and weekly point with Bangalore
- Evaluation and encryption of long tasks
- Keep documentation up to date
- Keep mailing lists and application contact lists up-to-date
- Solicits the higher level only in cases where it is not able to respond
