• Bachelor's Degree
• Relevant previous experience in administrative and managerial assistance
• Solid knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) and other digital applications
• Very good organization and planning skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Positive attitude and collaboration
• Initiative, ownership, creativity, passion
• Working with confidential information, acting with discretion and diplomacy
• Assist the department director in his daily activities;
• Provide high level of administrative support to the commercial department - Targeted End Users;
• Offer support and participate in marketing activities involving the commercial department;
• Organize and participate in events with clients;
• Manage the archives of the commercial department;
• Prepares documents and presentation materials; screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries and phone calls; arranging and attending meetings; taking and distributing minutes;
• Promotes a positive image of Schneider Electric Romania .
