Senior Consultant

Technical skills

University degree in economics
Previous experience with a Big Four firm is an advantage
At least 2 years experience in consulting, accounting or financial audit (mandatory requirement)
Good knowledge of Romanian accounting standards
Strong business English
Mastering of Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Strong data analytical skills
Overall business awareness and exposure to different industries

Ability to work in a project driven, multi-tasking environment
Capacity to deal with different projects and to meet tight deadlines

Delivering complex internal audit engagements for our clients:
Internal audit outsourcing focused on critical business risks (operational, compliance, financial, fraud)
Set-up internal audit department (structure, methodology, training)
Development of internal audit services (client presentations, research, publications)
In addition, involvement in a wider range of audit and consulting engagements of the firm:
Risk & compliance
Financial due diligence
Financial audit
Process improvement and simplification
Fraud investigations
Litigation support
Develop expertise in a wide range of industries (IT, manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare, automotive, pharma, food & beverages, energy, agriculture, real estate, etc.)
Work at high professional standards with full ownership of allocated tasks.
Supervise, coach and develop junior team members
Maintain excellent relationships with clients
Responsible for drafting project deliverables and discussing the conclusions with the client
Be ready for responsibilities and project roles that may vary significantly subject to the projects nature and complexity
