    Cerinte

    - You have a University degree (preferably in a science related subject or in engineering)
    - Experience in developing complex applications
    - You have experience coordinating teams and multi-department colaboration
    - You are using effciently your communication, teamwork, analysis and decision making skills and you are familiar with Agile methodologies.
    -You are fluent in English - speaking, reading, writing - Advanced Level
    -You care about software; you have a passion for what you do which you can clearly convey by your actions and experiences. You have an eye for software design and can talk eloquently on a range of topics due to your experiences and also from reading and experimentation

    Responsabilitati

    - Act as a change agent for the transition period to empower teams
    - Platform sub-product technical facilitation/coordination 
    - Overall authority for platform system level testing in collaboration with the test lead for Platform
    - Collaboration with automation SMEs and testing SMEs in Platform for ensuring product quality
    - Branching decisions, coordination and decision maker in case of conflictual perspectives
    - Technical debt management
    - Coordination of prioritization with teams representatives, rough estimates and involvement in work assignment
    - Assessment of the technical debt and coordination with POs on priorities 
    (Identify SMEs, required skills and follow up progress on solving technical debt)
    - Collaborate with the Scrum Masters and architects on the tasks' technical dependencies as needed
    - Talk to teams regularly and review metrics on code quality and analyse trends (with support of SMs for improvements, SMEs, follow-up actions etc)
    - Actively involved in continuous improvement of technical processes and practices 
    (eg. release mechanism, RFI optimization/evolution, release/build notes, process documents)
    - Work closely with the PM and escalate issues as appropriate Technical risk management
