One of our clients, a leading provider of advanced propulsion solutions to automotive manufacturers is looking a Business Analyst to join the Solution Delivery team, an important part of their IT Centre in Bucharest.

Your new role 

If you will be the next Business Analyst,you will support IT innovations in the Embedded Software and Electronics Design business domain in close cooperation with business representatives and IT Solution Architects, you will document, analyse and identify business problems and constraints, translate non-technical requirements into IT requirements and collaborate with Solution Architects to assess the business impact of critical problems to reduce risks with respect to business continuity.

What you'll need to succeed 

• Bachelor’s degree in the Engineering, Computer science or similar
• 3+ years experience in a similar role, documenting requirements and proposing technical solutions for complex business problems (in IT industry)
• Ability to create constructive relationships, influence, and communicate to multiple stakeholders, including client management, IT management, and non-technical staff
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• Previous experience in Embedded Software Development and Electronics Design in a global company will be considered an advantage.
