Senior Java Developer

In Romania, Wipro has development centers in Bucharest and Timisoara and is present since more than 10 years. Wipro's clients in Romania span across the retail and consumer goods, healthcare, manufacturing and telecom industries, among others.

Java development experience 6+ years
Strong Java Core knowledge
Experience with Eclipse plug-in development
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and release management tools
Experience in Agile/SCRUM
Experience using JIRA, GIT Stash, Confluence, REST API
Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences, Electronics, Telecommunications or similar;
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;

Project Description

You will be part of Tools team, for our client, one of the key player on the Semiconductors market.
Within the mixed team, formed by both Wipro and client engineers, you will develop modules to interface user environment with various HW devices.

Responsibilities

Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle
Design and development of core application modules
Maintain project technical infrastructure (continuous integration, automated deployment)
Task decomposition and estimation
Peer review and mentoring
Bug fixing, test writing
