- Bachelors degree in engineering, telecommunications, business or related field
or equivalent experience. Masters degree is a plus;
- English fluent speaker;
- At least three years experience in account management, portfolios, solutions and service sales in the telecom industry, preferably on Vendor side; In-depth expertise in selling/marketing and system solutions knowledge in GPON and transmission;
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales target within the assign territories;
- Proficiency in MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint and word)
- Enthusiasm in keeping abreast of technological and market trend as well as
- Ability to identify and engage with all key stakeholders;
- Ability to perform under pressure.
1. Define and manage the geographical Customers for the GPON/DWDM/ODN/FIBER CABLE market
2. To maximize customer relationships and loyalty
3. Finding sales clues and focusing on key deals to maximize FiberHome sales
4. Manage the end to end sales process including opportunity management, decision reviews, commercial negotiations, ect.
5. Ensure FiberHome overall performance as well as customer satisfaction
6. The role also includes optimization of the account teams performance and enable
seamless transition to operations.
