University degree (social sciences would be a plus)
Total working experience min 5 years
Min 3 years experience in learning and development field
Active listener, excellent communicator, both written and verbal skills
Customer oriented and a true team facilitator
Advanced level of English language (written and spoken), other foreign language is a plus
Good experience in creating creative visual content (PowerPoint, Prezi, etc.)
LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT
Creates and delivers trainings and workshops accordingly with the training needs, starting with Fundamental trainings for new employees and continiues with customized training curicula;
Provides insight to and influences the overall learning strategy, in collaboration with HR Communication Manager and aligned with the Groups policies; ensures that the objectives of the training are met.
Promotes relevant learning offerings, conceived internally, within the Group or delivered by third parties.
Manages the relationship with external training providers.
Manages the online training platform (e-learning) ensuring the access to mandatory and relevant trainings
Organizes and facilitates group events, teambuildings and any other team learning opportunity.
Perform administrative and reporting duties related to the Learning activity, gathers and analyses relevant data
Leads the implementation of the internal communications actions and works closely with the management team and other internal stakeholders to support the consolidation of an organizational culture on collaborative basis.
Active contributor to internal communication channels, including intranet, bulletins, surveys or any other tool available
Supports Employer Branding events and collaborate with other partners, like advertising agencies
Creates the internal communication campaigns
Writes content for the intranet
