    Responsibilities

    Main responsibilities:

    Provides administrative support for the sales department;
    Drafts offers and or contracts for ou clients partners providers, using a predefined template;
    Files the client partners correspondence;
    Drafts the business correspondence necessary in the daily routine;
    Ensures document transfers via e-mail, fax, post office;
    Provides regular updates of the sales documents database.
