We are looking for an Business Architect Application Lead for one of our partner, a company specialized in automotive technologies, solutions and services.

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in architecture management, methods, tools and processes;
- At least 3 years of business exposure on domain specific technology: CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Charisma, etc.), SAP, Functional tools (Pricing Tools);
- At least 5 years of management experience in complex organizations and IT landscapes including application development, customization and support;
- Knowledge of ITIL foundation and/or other structured service management methodologies;
- Determine and describe the policies, standards and guidelines for the design and development of applications;
- Ability to understand and design both high level as well as the detailed level views of application landscape;
- Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Fluent in English, written and verbal;
- Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others;
- Strategic thinker with focus on outcomes;
- Open to new ideas; challenges as-is situation; forward looking;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral).

- Own, manage and maintain the designated application landscape;
- Day-to-Day Application Management (Availability, SLAs);
- Change, Release Management, Maintenance;
- Operational Supplier Management (Incident, Problem, User Access);
- Software Development Lifecycle Management (Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Run)
- Participate in all Projects delivering changes/ new apps in the designated app landscape in order to create and implement functional solutions which fulfill the predefined requirements or certain organizational necessities;
- Perform activities combining analytic and design skills with knowledge of software instruments utilization or software language utilization in order to manage demand for new work (bug fixing, new developments), etc.;
- Performs end to end management of application roadmap (design, create, implement, deploy new functionality/technology, application retirement/replacement,) keeping consistence and alignment with business strategy and predefined requirements;
- Identify and realize business benefits together with Business Relationship Manager and business stakeholders;
- Collaborate with Strategic Planning and Enterprise Architecture to drive enterprise alignment (Investment, IT Standards Governance);
- Provide initial cost estimate for each solution alternative; partner with business analyst/solution architect/suppliers to refine cost estimates for solution proposals;
- Own IT cost estimates for changes/new functionality; partner with all required functions for successful implementation;
- Design and document business/IT solutions for changes or innovations within the boundaries of landscape architecture by translating this architecture and monitor consistency with other systems and components;
- Follow ITIL guidelines to coordinate, review and approve test cases for testing of applications
- Support Supply Chain Management to align commercial contracts for IT applications in the designated application landscape;
- Follow Enterprise Architecture and IT Security and Compliance policies and guidelines;
- Follow the stipulations of the Employee Handbook as well as any other internal policies, procedures and instructions.
