    Requirements

    Job Requirements:

    Minimum 3 years working experience within Special Pricing area or SalesCustomer Support
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
    General computer skills (Windows), specific experience in working with MS Excel and MS Outlook
    Competencies:

    Ability to take initiative and develop solutions

    Ability to effectively communicate sales processing plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options

    Responsibilities

    The Pricing Specialist delivers support for the Sales Organization by providing quality pricing analysis and follow-up on possible deals of the sales representatives with the partnercustomer and finds the best way to balance the discounts in deals in order to make the customerpartnersales representatives and local Business Unit satisfied with their results.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Performs margin and discount analysis, balancing and takes well informed pricing decisions;
    Protects gross margin, through well-balanced deals and thorough analysis
    Provides tangible feedback and proposes changes to sales processes, policies and tools to improve performance and increase customer satisfaction
    Well integrated in process standardisation and oriented towards continuous improvement;
    Is well informed of the promotions, discounts and other type of information which are necessary for handling requests
    Ensures smooth collaboration within EMEA function teams
    Acts as a trusted advisor for BU and Sales
