Your qualifications solid and appropriate:rn Degree in Electrical Engineeringrn Good knowledge of MV equipment on maintenance and commissioningrn Good English and Romanian language skillsrn Willing to travel (approx. 70 to 80 % of time) to meet and support customersrn Self-motivated personalityrn Results driven, focused on winning orders to achieve budget objectives in respect of order volumes and profitabilityrn A team player with cultural sensitivity and excellent social skills as well as good organizational skillsrn
ResponsabilitatiYour new role challenging and future-oriented:rnMaintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.rnResponding promptly to customer inquiries.rnCommunicating with customers through various channels.rnAcknowledging and resolving customer complaints related to the MV productsrnKnowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.rnKeeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.rnCommunicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.rnProviding feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.rnEnsure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
