    Requirements:

    • Business school or Engineering degree;

    • Previous experience in a similar position, minimum 2 years;

    • Experience in administration or aftermarket business; 

    • Microsoft Excel - advanced level, mandatory;

    • English - advanced level, mandatory (French language is an advantage);

    • SAP knowledge (SD module is a great asset);

    • Very good organization skills and working with deadlines.


     

    Responsibilities:

    • This position is the link between customer, Key Account Manager OEM OES Headlamp / OEM OES Special products and Timisoara plant or North Europe plants;

    • The main responsibilities are to set up the SAP system in order to have a good flow of information and also to monitor and correct all messages that are in error, mostly EDI orders that cannot be integrated for different reasons or wrong data;

    • Creates and maintains in SAP OEM OES Headlamp orOEM OES Special products customers, delivery points, links Part Number / customer Part Number, sales view,prices,incoterms, payment terms;

    • Creating schedule agreements and sales orders forthe products produced and sold by Timisoara plant;

    • Responsible for making the necessary settings in SAP system for the new projects transferred or launched in Timisoara plant;

    • Provide system support for Finance department, Logistics and Projects department;

    • Support for order configuration, billing process and account partners determination;

    • Obtains the purchase orders from the customers in order to be able to introduce it in the system. Way to obtain is: KAM - commercial contacts, customers web portals, project managers for firm orders, emails from the customer;

    • Checks with commercial contacts if all elements in the Purchase Order corresponds well to the offer (unit price, incoterms, payment terms, supplier code, invoice address, delivery address);

    • Provide support to transfer department and contribute to a smooth transfer in line with the planning;

    • Involved in specific actions or technical modifications requested by customers;

    • Obtains validation from finance for new customer or any modification into an existing customer (ex : payment conditions change);

    • Validate with the management all the price modifications and update the price list in SAP. In case of price discrepancy provide support to the Accounting department for reconciliation;

    • Validation of the new customers and all the price updates has to be done in specific tools Smart Process according to a defined flow;

    • Portfolio extinction to secure the clean-up of old /non sold references

    • Identify the root cause for the overdue together with financial department and contributes at overdue reduction;

    • Sorts all contracts/purchase orders in appropriate files, for fast access to the information;

    • Complete “declaration of origin” documents, requested by customers;

    • Extract from SAP a detailed excel file for all the OEM/SP part numbers, in order to be able to share it with the sales contacts, to permit future commercial strategies per customer;

    • Makes SAP extractions for sales team support;

    • Participates to OEM OES Headlamp / OEM OES Special products Budget and Middle Term Plan construction (Volumes and pricing per product type / family product / customer reference);

    • Involved in the quotation process business and definition of packaging and it is associated cost (together with the project team) for all OEM OES Headlamp / OEM OES Special products businesses, for all the new products;

    • Contributes to the preparation of Customers visit / meetings;

    • Support for Logistic and Finance teams in escalation issues;

    • Participate in improving work activities through Improvement Proposals (PI).
