Junior Recruitment Consultant

Requirements:

At least 1 year of relevant experience in the recruitment field;
Good knowledge of English;
Bachelor's Degree in Psyhology;
Willing to learn and develop new skills and work with different type of profiles;
Sociable and team-oriented;
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and quick reporting requests.

What your day consist of?

You will manage the beginning to end recruiting process;
Actively search for potential candidates;
Defining the relevant sourcing strategies and optimal effective methods on screeninginterviewing candidates;
Interviewing the right candidates;
Preparing status reports, measuring recruitment process progress.
