     Technical affinity, experience in IT is a plus
     Attention to customer and service orientation
     Handling and solving managed services issues, while adhering to defined processes
     Team skills and willingness to learn
     Good Dutch and English communication skills, both written and verbal
     This is an entry position with very good further development opportunities


    After an initial training phase, you will support our Customer Support Team through the following activities:
     Managed Services Support, that means being a part in handling the installed ATOSS Solution
     Communication with customers by phone and email to coordinate necessary activities
     Analyze process and document our customers problems and inquiries
     Occasional business trips to Munich
