    Cerinte

    -Persoana cu minim 2 ani experienta in gestionarea documentelor unei societati
    - Absolvent de studii mediisuperioare;
    - Absolvent curs de secretarasistent manager- prezinta un avantaj
    - Abilitati operare PC
    - Seriozitate, dinamism, punctualitate;
    - Persoana matura, responsabila

    Responsabilitati

    -Operatinui specifice activitatii de secretariat;
    - Evidenta corespondentei - inregistrarea documentelor care intraies din societate;
    - Repartizarea corespondentei primite pe departamente, persoanelor desemnate;
    - Asigurarea legaturilor telefonice in cadrul companiei, din exterior cu
    departamentepersoane solicitate;
    - Evidenta, organizarea in siguranata a documentelor societatii;
    - Organizarea si asigurarea necesarului pentru buna desfasuarare a activitatii de protocol din cadrul societatii;
    -Arhivare documente;
    -Inregistrare facturi, chitante, etc.
