Managing entire recruitment processes including:

- Developing a good understanding of clients industry and field of activity, profiles they are recruiting, their recruitment process;
- Understanding and being able to match profiles (generally technical profiles) with our clients needs;
- Active searching for candidates through multiple channels;
- Cold contacting candidates and being able to offer them relevant information;
- Scheduling and conducting interviews for the assigned projects.
- Maintain a close, professional relationship with our clients (and candidates) and keep track of any candidate involved in the recruitment process.
- Use internal database to keep track of every project and candidates involved in the recruitment process.
