• Bachelor's degree - Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Economics, information management, computer science or related degree;
• 3 to 6 years of working experience in controlling or finance area;
• Proficient computer skills - SAP Module CO and MS Office, especially Excel;
• Preferably basic knowledge of the database management systems SAP Business Warehouse, Oracle Hyperion Essbase Enterprise Planning and MS SQL Server;
• Advanced English skills (spoken and written);
• Ability to work in a structured, organized and careful way;
• High problem solving, analytical thinking, organization and coordination skills;
• Reliable and efficient concerning due dates;
• Customer service and communication skills;
• Strong and self-confident personality.

• Responsible for performance reporting to AA/CPE as well as for the definition, execution and tracking of measures to improve performance of the Shared Service Center;
• Ensure on-time execution and first-pass yield for all controlling tasks executed
• Coordinate transition projects of AA controlling tasks from legal entities to the Shared Service Center;
• Ensure good communication with the Shared Service Center and customer organization;
• 1st level support for problems and questions raised by AA/CPE or operational controller in Shared Service Center;
• Drive requirements management for continuous improvement process in close collaboration with AA/CPE;
• Active collaboration in all operational controlling tasks of Shared Service Center (e.g. processing of P&L (MBR and CF) incl. technical validation, monthly IDC-Reporting, update and dispatch of standard reports (e.g. TNS Daily List, PPC-Charts, BVS Standard Slides), validation CF TNS-planning, master data management, year-end closing activities);
• Different additional tasks required by AA/CPE.
