Acts as Single Point of Contact in the projects, coordinates all specific process activities for day to day activities and status. rnInitiates Software application integration by centralizing the requests and providing consultancy services on the mandatory Service Levels for each specific servicernPlans and coordinates the transition process for the IT support services, belonging to local or global organizations, to the operations teams with permanent control over the costs. In order to achieve this goal, will plan the solution and the process to implement the application. rnExecutes the service support activation in all necessary systems by coordinating the necessary teams and resources, may them be internal or externalrnMonitors and controls the quality of the implemented applications in accordance with the business requirements with the support of the agreed KPIsrnDelivers the IT applications architecture in the IT support system, the incident management and the GO Live documents together with the official GO Live announcementrn
