    Requirements

    Minimum Required Qualifications:

    - 6+ months min project coordination experience, managing or supporting projects with budget of minimum $50,000 spend
    - Good background in IT Infrastructure Area preffered
    - Competently communicate business and technical concepts with business and functional people
    - Bachelors Degree in IT or Business Related field or equivalent work experience
    - Good understanding and working knowledge of Project Management methodology, PM tools and processes
    - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate with project team members, project lead, sponsor. Navigates organizational stakeholders
    - Comfortable with ambiguity, active inquiry skills
    - Relationship building at all levels and cross-functionplatform
    - Demonstrated ability to monitor, and control a schedule, budget, and scope
    - Ability to clearly communicate relevant project information to the project manager, full understanding of all project roles.
    - Ability to monitor established common project risks
    - Skilled using Microsoft Office Professional (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    - Excellent organizational skills excels at meeting preparation, facilitation, note-takingdocumentation, action item follow-up
    - Able to hold others accountable
    - Strong customer service and the ability to quickly build trusting relationships
    - Ability to learn our business, be a team player and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.
    - Display knowledge of core competencies such as Project Delivery, Budget Management, Risk Management, and Estimating and Planning. Expected expertise in each of these areas will vary based on job level and are expected to increase with a progression towards the title of Project Manager.
    - Strong English written and verbal communication skills must have!

    Responsibilities

    The PMO Project Coordinator will maintain the teams work plan (tasks, milestones, dependencies) and resource needs within and across teams.
    Communicate and coach process teams on the usage of PMO processes and tools and will help to identify and qualify project team risks, issues, and scope changes and assist in their tracking using PMO tools and defined processes.

    Principal Accountabilities:

    50% Project Control:
    - Monitors and measures projectprogram progress to identify variances from the plan and takes corrective actions
    - Regularly measures and monitors project progress to identify variances from the plan and facilitate needed corrections for low cost and risk projects.
    - Monitors and manages the resources plan and assist the PMProgram Manager with resource management and allocation.
    - Monitors and tracks the project cost vs budget
    - Assists the project team with PMO processes and activities
    - Contains and resolves issues within the project that do not require Project Sponsor attention.

    20% Project Execution:
    - Assists the programproject manager to achieve project objectives for high value projects programs.
    - Leads the execution of small projects with low cost and risk.
    - Utilizes the project management framework to achieve project objectives of delivered on time, on budget and business results are realized for projects with low cost and risk.

    15% Project Planning:
    - Assists ProjectProgram manager to develop the Integrated Project Plan, Schedule, Budget, Risk Plan, and Communication Plan for high (full rigor) cost, risk and complex projects or programs.
    - Develops the Integrated Project Plan, schedule, budget, risk plan, communication plan, for projects with low to medium cost and risk. (up to 50,000)

    10% Business Results:
    - Compile and provide regular status report to SponsorPMProgram Manager
    - Accountable for providing the Project Sponsor with a periodic general status of the project for low rigor projects

    5% Traveling:
    - Travel to the location of the project if onsite project coordination is needed.
