Experiences

- Bachelor degree, advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum 10 years experience in procurement and logistics.
- Minimum 3 years of international business experiences
- Proven track record of managing skilled and motivated teams
- Strategic thinking and deep business understanding
- Strong intellect, able to deal with complex and ambiguous situations
- Strong communications skills
- Analytical Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; very strong team player; high energy;
- Fluent English language skills. Additional language skills are of benefit in particular Romanian and Chinese

Camusat is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Supply Chain Manager, focusing on suppliers sourcing strategy implementation, procurement and Logistics operation management ,team development. The defined aim is to ensure the competitiveness, reliability and agility of supply chain operations in the industry.

Responsibilities

- Provide supply solutions based on the businessproject opportunities.
- Daily operation management for cost, delivery, satisfaction target.
- Analyzation of business operation in Camusat and ensure timely information of supply chain status and space to improve.
- Implementation of sourcing, logistics and network strategy.
- Drive innovation in procurement and logistics area through cooperation and partnerships with suppliers
- Build and lead a high skilled and motivated team.
