- Management supervisory experience of subordinates in this specialized environment
is preferred;
- Essential Knowledge and Experience in finance procure to pay, ideally gained within a
similar environment in a multi-national corporate is required in order to have a smooth
and quick learning curve;
- Advanced English skills;
- Proactivity and organized in daily way of working, good time management;
- Very customer-oriented, able to manage and drive calls, TPs, meetings, visits,
initiatives with different stakeholders at all levels (Top Leadership, EM) ensuring
customer relationship is maintained at the expected level of performance.

- The Annual and Half Yearly Appraisals of direct reports;
- Regular reviews of the training and development needs of subordinates;
- The delivery of all KPI measures in accordance with GBS wide timescales;
- Maintaining appropriate operational relationships with our business partners ;
- Ensuring the Team is represented as appropriate at (for example) Project
Meetings, Conference Calls, Performance Review Meetings.
