    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree - Business IT or related degree;
    • Management / coordination skills in Accounting;
    • Strong communication and organizational skills;
    • Ability to prepare and conduct trainings in IT tools;
    • Good analytical skills;
    • Good understanding of SAP and financial processes (nice to have);
    • ITIL knowledge (would be an advantage);
    • Experience in SAP implementation projects;
    • Experience in project management and tests in SAP Projects;
    • Experience in SAP processes and Data Security;
    • Experience in managing IT Vendors and Service Providers;
    • Flexibility, good problem solving capacity and trouble;
    • Ability to establish and maintain outstanding relationships with customers, (internal) vendors, coworkers and stakeholders;
    • Willingness to travel;
    • Orientation on goals, initiative, self-driven;
    • Fluently spoken and written of English;
    • Italian, German or French is a plus.

    Job Description

    • TAE is the key resource for managing IT-related aspects during transition, gives input to and follows the procedures defined by the Transition Manager;
    • Is responsible for ensuring that the IT part of the transition project is performed in defined scope, time and quality;
    • Detail planning of IT Activities;
    • Gap-Fit for IT topics;
    • IT tools trainings - operative organization and / or conduction;
    • Input to Transition Manager for resource contracting;
    • Operative coordination of IT Topics in the transition;
    • Active involvement with local resources: ACC, local ICO, local IT Partners (define and require IT deliverables);
    • Complete coordination of SSF implementation: requirements definition, filling in all required templates, Defect coordination and solving , Test preparation and coordination, User Mgt. and SSF Authorizations;
    • Prepare and successfully conduct the CI Quality Gates;
    • Manage cooperation with CI;
    • Get clarification of all IT related issues - involve the appropriate contact persons from CF central team or CI;
    • Any other tasks required by the superior manager.
