IMS Core Architecture, IP networking, switching and routing, mobile internet communication, protocols (SIP, SIGTRAN, SS7, DIAMETER, CAMEL)
Linux, SOLARIS, virtualized environments
Basic programming skills in Perl, UNIX Shell Scripting, Java
Basic knowledge in IMS Core architecture;
Experience in Cisco Unified Communications Applications Call Manager, Unity, Presence Servers).
Good understanding of ITIL methodology

- You will have access and be responsible for supporting a cloud based global level VOIP solution delivered to high-end enterprise customers in several countries
- You will never get bored, as the range of activities are wide and complex: troubleshooting, deployment, integration and automation
- You will collaborate with different departments structured in an ITIL manner in order for you to deliver the high level of service customers are accustomed to.
