    Requirements

    What your profile should cover:
    A self-driven motivation and a positive attitude
    A conscientious way of working, aiming for high quality
    Great communication skills in Romanian and English
    A high customer and team orientation
    Productive and digital working skills in various systems (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Skype, Intranet, Social Media, HR Systems etc.)
    Extensive experience in HR (Recruitment, Administration, services)
    Good understanding of the labor law
    University degree and the Human Resources certificate would be a plus

    Responsibilities

    You will be responsible:
    for consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
    for ensuring smooth, efficient and high quality recruiting processes for established departments
    .for analyzing trends and metrics with the HR Department
    for providing HR policy and labor law guidance
    for managing contracts and invoices of our third party providers
    for preparing different kind of HR related reports
    for the internalexternal communication (via Social Intranet or other tools) on HR-related matters
    .for identifying training needs for teams and individuals
    for implementing of different HR Strategies with the HR Department
