Experience in recruitment, either in a specialized agency or in a ITTech company with high volumes of recruitment.
Ability to work independently in a multinational environment.
Positive mindset and strong interpersonal skills are a pre-requisite to efficiently interface with the candidates and the local ALTEN managers.
English language at good level.
Drafting job posts and promoting them through all recruitment channels.
Sourcing and reviewing resumes that meet job requirements and conduct phone interviews to assess applicant qualification.
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
Tracking candidate activity and providing communication updates on positions and selected candidates to hiring managers.
Maintaining data integrity within the applicant tracking system.
Issuing related reports on status of candidates.
Keeping abreast of industry market trends and demands impacting the companys ability to attract competitive candidates.
