-good understanding of the actual business context, results oriented person;
-proactive person, good team player, very good communication skills;
-flexible person, able to adapt to an international context and dynamic multicultural environment;
-very good knowledge about the RDBMS: Oracle 11g, MS SQL Server;
-good MS SQL Developer knowledge; knowledge of structured query language (SQL), e.g. SQLPSM or Transact-SQL;
-general understanding of routine maintenance, recovery, and handling failover of a database; knowledge of database design;
-very good understanding of distributed computing architectures, e.g. Clientserver model;
-very good understanding of operating system, e.g. Windows or Linux;
-any experience in a similar position represents an advantage.

-supports the implementation of the projects, works closely and integrated with the project team, colleagues from local central organizations;
-works actively to maintain the integrity and the performance of the solution;
-works integrated with the local IT team and central IT team and always within the processes and procedures agreed in before;
-monitors locally the SLA of the solutions and makes proposals, based on local business needs, to adapt the solutions or to improve them.
