• Good analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills;
• Good Microsoft Excel skills - experience with QlikView is a plus;
• Highly organized, task focused while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment;
• Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and different personalities;
• Eye for detail, capable of spotting flaws in processes and data inconsistencies;
• Self-starter who can think strategically and collaborate with others and the team;

What will you do in our team?

• You will partner with our internal stakeholders to support them to make informed people decisions based on data;
• Prepare the weekly and monthly People reports by extracting the relevant data from different internal data sources;
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and draw conclusions related to employees’ behavior and the quality of different people processes;
• Set up new reports based on stakeholders’ requests and develop the existing ones;
• Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets;
