Business Intelligence Developer

Requirements:

o Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist
o Strong knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) o Knowledge in database design / data modelling
o Familiar with at least one common BI Software (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Qlikview, Tableau)
o Excellent Excel skills
o Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis and data manipulation skills.
o Advanced project management skills

Main responsibilities:

o Understand business reporting needs, document and qualify them, set and align expectations with the business on deliverables and timelines
o Create technical and design concept including selection of BI tool, datasourcing and business rules to implement
o Development, testing and deployment of new / enhanced reporting solutions
o Report frequently on projects evolution, overcome roadblocks or propose alternatives; seek for guidance and force decision making as needed
o Lead the operational aspects of the BI solutions and ensure 100% on time delivery and 0% quality/integrity issues
o Consult business users on reporting questions and support them with required analysis and data o Lead/guide junior colleagues and other project team members
