    Cerinte

    Bachelor / Master degree in accountancy/finance
    Minimum 3 years’ experience in the accountancy sector
    Knowledge of ERP Systems (Navision or SAP)
    Ability to work alone or in a small team
    Ability to work monotonously with full responsibility and reliability of his/her work
    Knowledge in corporate culture
    Excellent English language skills.

    Responsabilitati

    Prepare daily bookkeeping (registering of suppliers’ invoices, issuing sales invoices, petty cash handling, registering movements of inventory, fixed asset, bank and other financial transactions)
    Prepare payroll settlement and handle disbursement
    Prepare tax declarations to tax offices
    Prepare required monthly reports and analyses for the management
    Prepare half-year and year-end reports; balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement and other required reports
    Collect data and prepare reports for internal control system (ICS), quality management system (ISO) and BEPS (transfer-price) reporting
    Participate on interim and year-end-closing financial audit, internal audit, ISO audit and other revisions
    Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information
    Recommend and develop financial/accounting controls by preparing checking-analyses, policies and procedures
    Compile with federal, state, and local financial and legal requirements
