    Requirements:

    3 years + of work experience as a Recruiter in Fintech
    Proven work experience as a Headhunter
    Experienced working knowledge of talent acquisition philosophy and principles
    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Social Sciences
    Organized, resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced environment with a high level of energy and sense of humor
    Flexible, problem solving approach and strong team player
    Kindness, openness and initiative
    Strong customer focus
    Good understanding of local and and international market
    Advanced Microsoft Office skills
    English language proficiency, Spanish is a plus

    Responsabilitati

    As a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist you will be focusing on:

    Business analysis – before starting the recruitment process, you will work closely with the manager in order to identify the needs and define the role
    Recruitment process management - You’ll be the project manager for all your open roles, meaning you’ll be managing end-to-end the recruitment process in an efficient and engaging manner
    Talent sourcing – you will attract the right talent for our team in a resourceful way, including headhunting
    Candidate Xperience –You put yourself in candidate’s shoes and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
    Employer Branding – each one of us is a brand representative, but you will act as a true Employer Brand Ambassador for Nobel, in job fairs and all other relevant events
    Hiring process – you will facilitate the hiring on on-boarding process: contract signatures, ensuring new employees have the rights tools and access before they start
    Reporting – you will offer information and status for your recruitment projects to managers and HR Director and prepare recruitment reports
