PTP Business Analyst - Reporting
Your mission:
Within PTP department, the business analyst is responsible of the global KPI Production stream of each request in charge.
Your Role in a Nutshell:
- Deliver all KPIs within the agreed time frame and quality;
- Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly PTP KPI’s for 3 CSPs: Paris, Bucharest and Bangalore;
- Measure the framework and PTP Key Performance Indicators;
- Produce and organize monthly or quarterly presentations for partners and clients;
- Create Key Performance Indicators presentations in Power BI and Power Point tools;
- Build and maintain strong client relationship;
- Be the first level of escalation and the first point of contact for the clients for KPI purpose;
- Assure and scale up client’s requests and claims in regards of reports
- Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction;
A little about You:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Economics or equivalent;
- English proficiency and French nice to have;
- Computer literacy and Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, Power BI);
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to take ownership of tasks and assignments;
- Excellent communication skills (team/client/management);
