    Key Activities:

    • Create new properties in the relevant system(s)
    • Capture and populate system(s) with specific hotel content, according to company guidelines
    • Accurately maintain hotel content, making updates where necessary and ensuring correct content is held
    • Monitoring completeness / accuracy of hotel content
    • Acquire images (photos) for properties as required, using a variety of methods
    • Support onboarding of new properties
    • Provide support for other content tasks, as required
    • Accurately maintain and update contracts and contract information (room types, rate plans, cancellation policies etc.) in the relevant system(s) within set time frames, according to company procedure
    • Processing / management of stop sales (closeouts) and other inventory changes
    • Respond to all incoming contract-related requests from internal client
    • Quality control of contracts and content
    • Maintain a good relationship with Destination Managers and other internal teams

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience

    • Data collection/inputting experience
    • Database administration and updating
    • Attention to detail and ability to deliver exceptional work quality
    • Team player, also able to work independently
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Advanced Excel usage
    • Strong time management ability, able to multi task
    • Able to work under pressure
