• University or college degree (preferably in engineering);
• You have demonstrated success in a service role, are customer oriented and used to work as an integral part of a larger, international team;
• Profound technical and practical experience;
• For this position you need technical skills, electronics, pneumatics (general), operating and programming equipment (medical devices preferred);
• Additional experience in the Life Science sector, in particular in the highly regulated GMP-driven Pharma- & Biotech-R&D & Production environment is of added value;
• You are fluent in commercial and technical English writing and speaking. Any other language skills are of added benefit;
• Good computer skills are a must (Windows, Office, etc.).

• You will be responsible for providing dedicated services for our customer base of our Laboratory Analytics product line in Europe;
• Your tasks will include installation of our products at customer site, commissioning, validation support (IQ/OQ) and troubleshooting of existing installations;
• Routine and preventive maintenance is a part of your responsibilities as well as first level in-house support for product and application related customer complaints;
• You are working from our office in Timis and are prepared to frequently travel within above region (about 80% of your time).
