• Sourcing candidates relevant to all open vacancies using different channels (web-sites, social networks, direct approach)
• Conduct initial phone screens
• Supporting the Senior Consultants by arranging interviews, sending correspondence to applicants
• Effective matching of CV’s to current vacancies
• Scheduling interviews
• Maintaining contact with potential candidates (via e-mail and phone), offering feedback on all of the project stages
• Participate in recruiting events
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
