Marketing coordinator

Requirements

At least 1,5 years of relevant experience (volunteering counts as well)
You hold a Bachelor Degree or higher (Marketing, Business Economics is preferred, but not required)
You have the ability to deliver exceptional copy / content at high volumes under tight timelines - both in English and Romanian
You have intermediate design skills (the ability to edit and modify creatives as required)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong project management skills
Great team player and proven collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Marketing campaigns – execute and localize marketing campaigns, support regional marketing team with multicountry campaign rollouts
Copywriting – develop email, blog, in-app and social copy while upholding brand voice and editorial guidelines
Visuals – follow the guidelines of the brand team to design creatives for marketing initiatives and campaigns
Partnerships – recommend, close and execute partnerships that drive client value proposition
Analysis – make sense of the data to make informed decisions
Reporting – understand the data available and draft clear and concise reports to showcase the results of our marketing initiative
