    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

     At least 3 years’ experience on a similar position;
     Relevant experience in international road transport;
     Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
     Good command of English language;
     Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
     Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills;
     Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

    Responsibilities

     Identify customers’ needs, analyse and solve problems and promoting core products combined with tailor made solutions if it is necessary;
     Communicate clearly to customers what kind of services can offer for them and make sure they understand and accept our terms and conditions;
     Project commitment for service excellence representing the company’s image and goodwill when talking to customers;
     Meet individual monthly targets by developing existing and gaining new customers;
     Ensure sales activities are effectively planned to make a best use of time and resources;
     Increase profitability, whilst acquiring new businesses;
     Ensure that all relevant information is collected and recorded about existing and potential customers in line with regional and local requirements;
     Prepare all reports and statistics of activities with the required accuracy and timeframe.
