    What your profile should cover:
    » A self-driven motivation and a positive attitude
    » A conscientious way of working, aiming for high quality
    » Great communication skills in Romanian and English
    » A high customer and team orientation
    » Productive and digital working skills in various systems (MS Excel, Outlook, Skype, Intranet, Social Media, HR Systems etc.)
    » A university degree and the Human Resources certificate would be a plus
    » 1 year of job experience in HR (administration, payroll, services)
    » Understanding of the labor law would be a plus


    You will be responsible:
    …for ensuring smooth, efficient and high quality personnel administration, data and reporting processes
    …for the coordination of employment contracts, modifications and terminations
    …for managing contracts and invoices of our third party providers
    …for preparing preliminary data for payroll
    …for the internal communication to our colleagues in administration, payroll as well as time and attendance related matters
    …for offering support in recruiting processes

    » Limited contract for 1 year with the possibility for extension
