Requirements
MUST HAVE:
• Banking experience (customer and banking)
• Analysis and synthesis capability
• Able to work both individually and in team
• Good communication (internal / external)
• English (at least medium level)
NICE TO HAVE:
• Knowing the Jira tools, HP Quality Center
• Graduate of an IT faculty
- Analyzing business requirements and drafting functional specifications
- Participation in choosing the IT solution
- Specifying the interfaces of the bank's systems (through APIs or other interfaces)
- Support granted in the phases following the drafting of functional specifications (development team during technical analysis, testing teams during internal compliance tests and user tests)
- Analyzing errors and identifying ways to solve them
