    Cerinte

    • Strong financial and accounting knowledge (RAS and IFRS);
    • Strong background in financial management or related area;
    • Good knowledge of current fiscal legislation;
    • Advanced English - both written and spoken;
    • Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge;
    • ACCA (nice to have);
    • Min 3 years of experience in Big Four (it’s a plus);

    Responsabilitati

    • Reporting preparation:
    o financial statements according to accepted accounting principles;
    o cash flow, balance sheets, profit and loss statements;
    o treasury reports;
    o budgets and forecast;
    o business activity and KPI reports including such reports as P&L by shops, P&L by commercial campaigns, product mix;
    o other ad-hoc reports and analysis required by the management.
    • Review the cost estimation, forecast and analysis requested by other departments;
    • Analyze and follow up of actual results vs. budget, forecast or last year(s);
    • Supervise, prepare, submit and follow up of investment requests;
    • Cost controlling: analyze, monitor costs financial details vs objective/forecast to ensure that legal/contractual requirements are met;
    • Review weekly accounts payable run and their validation and authorization
    • Provide supervision of the annual internal and external audits;
    • Prepare, validate and file the necessary annual tax forms according to company and state policies;
    • Coordinate and supervise employees who perform financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting;
    • Identify areas for improvement in organization’s operational activities, come up with recommendations to reduce unnecessary costs, seek profit opportunities;
    • Suggest modifications and improvements to existing processes and help in the evaluation of such changes;
    • Review/introduce internal control procedures to mitigate risks for business and respect Group requirements
    • Act as coordinator and go-between for business owners in the origination to ensure organization financial and operational targets are met;
    • Prepare of necessary documents for business review committees with HQ
    • Prepare of necessary documents and take active part in governance meetings with key suppliers of the organization
