IBM Internship- PL SQL/KSH Developer

IBM Client Innovation Center Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) was established in 2012 by joining several centers in Europe. The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.

Required Skills
• PL/SQL knowledge
• Linux/Unix OS knowledge
• KSH scripting knowledge is a plus
• Language skills:
o English (written / verbal) - Fluent level
o French language is a plus
• Attention to detail and very good analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills: ability to adapt message according to recipient’s profile
• Customer oriented
• Nice to have: OpenUI knowledge

We are looking for a candidate to join the IBM internship program in existing Siebel CRM implementation project, working with PL/SQL and KSH technology. The role is client facing as there are daily interactions with the client’s IT division and the activities cover all application development life cycle (technical analysis, estimation, solution design, development, unitary and inter-applicative tests, deployment, version control, bug fixing). Clients requests vary from minor and major enhancements to corrective maintenance and production incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and implement batches appropriate to business needs and requirements (technology: PLSQL, KSH scripting)
• Support in acceptance phase
• Support for issues in all environments
• Documenting developments
